Refund policy
At The Blucc, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. However, if you need to make a return, please review our policy carefully:
RETURN CONDITIONS
• We accept returns within five (5) days from the date your order was marked as “delivered” or “available for pickup” according to the tracking number. If the request is not made within this period, the return will be denied.
• No money will be refunded; all returns will be processed as store credit.
•Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
• Items must be returned new, unworn, odor-free, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All Sales Items, Swimwear, Bodysuits, White & Ivory Clothing, Rhinestone clothing, Holiday or seasonal clothing, One Size Clothing, Accessories, are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges.
- Sale Events that include sale items and or discount codes are Final Sale and are not elegible for returns nor exchanges.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email thebluccpr@gmail.com within five (5) days of receiving your order. Include the reason for the return and attach photos if necessary. We will respond with instructions to complete the process.
Important: Orders returned without completing this process WILL NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
