SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES

We offer FREE SHIPPING in orders over $120 to PR & USA. Less than that amount we have a flat shipping rate of $5.

Every customer receives a shipping notification once the package leaves our office. Please check your SPAM box before emailing us requesting an update.  We take 3-5 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Blucc are not responsible for any delay, lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS. 

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If the shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect and you notice immediately after completing your order please feel free to contact us at: thebluccpr@gmail.com Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling the order will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay. 

 

SHIPPING FEES 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit. 

Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.
